In the "O Senhorio" app, you have the right to request, at any time, the deletion of your account and associated personal data, as provided in our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (Angolan Data Protection Law, GDPR, and LGPD).

How to request deletion of your data

Option 1 — Directly in the app

  1. Open the O Senhorio app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Select "Delete account and data" and confirm the request.

Option 2 — By email

  1. Send an email to support@osenhorio.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account, for identity verification.
  3. You will receive confirmation of completion within a maximum of 15 business days.

If you signed in to the app through an external provider (e.g., Facebook Login), you can also submit your request through either of the channels above — the result is the same: deletion of your account and associated data.
